With two decades of unwavering dedication, Francis Baffour-Awuah has devoted his professional career to the noble cause of spreading the message of Salvation. Presently, he serves as the Group Leader for the Northern Sector Ministry at Theovision International, a role that underscores his commitment to his work.

Prior to this, Mr. Baffour-Awuah held the position of Field Ministries Coordinator at the Great Commission Movement of Ghana, an esteemed ministry affiliated with Campus Crusade for Christ International. His tenure in this capacity marked a significant chapter in his journey of evangelism and discipleship, a path he embarked upon back in 1990. Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with churches and personally engaged with individuals and groups, sharing the gospel of Christ and nurturing spiritual growth.

Mr. Baffour-Awuah brings a wealth of knowledge and academic achievement to his mission. He holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations & Project Management, both earned at the prestigious Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He has further honed his skills with a Certificate in Information Technology from Newham Community College in London and a Certificate in Administrative Management from Wolsey Hall in Oxford, completed through distance learning.
