Theovision to Provide Free Medical Care to 3000 People in Jomoro District

Over 3, 000 residents in the Nuba, Jaway, and Nzulezo communities of the Jomoro District of the Western Region will benefit from free medical screening, being provided by Theovision International, a non-profit Christian organization headquartered in Accra.

The exercise is part of Theovision’s community development and healthcare for all program. It also forms part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

The week-long event takes off on Monday, 15th September and will be climaxed with the commissioning of a CHPS Compound at Nzulezo, a community built on stilt and noted for its tourist attraction.

In an interview, the Vice President of Theovision International, Mr. Theodore Philip Asare thanked the company’s donors, sponsors and partners for supporting this year’s program.

“Theovision exists to tell people about the love of God. We hope to make life a little more comfortable for our brothers and sisters in the Western Region.”

The medical outreach is an annual event organised by Theovision International and its partners to support deprived communities with free medical care, counselling and prayer. Thousands of people have benefitted from the program since its inception some ten years ago.
