Since the time she was told she had to undergo a surgery, Peace struggled with the fear of death. Peace Vikpornu, a resident of Sundo in the Volta Region of Ghana was almost convinced that she would not survive the surgery to remove a fibroid from her system.

While struggling with the thought of dying, Peace sought encouragement in the words of people but to no avail. However, the Word of God in her mother tongue which she encountered poured the peace of God like a river over her soul. She received an assurance of life.

With this assurance, Madam Vikpornu’s faith was strengthened. She came to believe that the healer who is also her father, God, would heal her and that she would live but not die prematurely.

With this faith and boldness Madam Vikpornu went through her surgery at the Bator hospital successfully. Her testimony is evidence of the efficacy of God’s word.
